SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS

Our office is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00pm. Friday office hours are 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. The switchboard hours are 9:00 am to 12:45 pm and 2:00pm to 4:45 pm. Appointments can be scheduled during these times by calling (434)792-7765.

An office visit is required for non-maintenance medications including treatment of urinary tract infections, yeast infections, and other acute problems.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow time to update demographic information and complete the necessary form(s) for the appointment. You must have your insurance card and picture ID with you at the time of your appointment in order to be seen.

APPOINTMENT NO SHOW POLICY

To best serve all of our patients, we require a 24-hour notice if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment.
There will be a $25.00 charge for all NO-SHOW and missed appointments. Insurance companies do not cover NO-SHOW or missed appointment fees, so this will be billed to the patient.

AFTER HOURS PHONE CALLS

For our "after hours" emergencies, please call (434)792-7765 and our on-call doctor will be paged. Should our physicians be involved in a delivery or surgery, your return call may be delayed. However, if your call is urgent, please feel free to call again to ensure that your physician has received your message.

FINANCIAL POLICY

Please bring your insurance card with you any time you have an appointment. The office accepts payment by credit or debit cards, checks, cash and CareCredit. Please ask if you have any questions regarding payment or insurance. Payment is expected at time of service for all co-payments and deductibles. You may receive a separate bill from LabCorp or LabCare for your lab tests.

Please note: You will be considered responsible for all visits and procedures not covered by your insurance. It is in your best interest to fully read and understand all aspects of your health insurance coverage. Contact your insurance provider or benefits office if you have any questions about the specifics of your insurance coverage.
